Background
Redesigning a Tech Company’s Website to Build Credibility and Improve Lead Conversion
Heighten Infotech is a digital solutions company offering services in web development, mobile apps, UI/UX design, and software solutions. The previous website lacked modern aesthetics, clarity in messaging, and a compelling user journey. I was brought in to redesign the website to better communicate their services, build trust with potential clients, and improve overall usability.
What I worked on:
Design System Refersh
Wireframing
Website redesign
Core problem
The previous user experience on ZenithCart was cluttered, and users reported difficulties setting up and managing their online stores. The platform's complexity resulted in a significant drop-off during the onboarding process. Additionally, the design failed to communicate the ease and efficiency that ZenithCart promised to deliver.
The Approach
1. Brand Identity
Unified naming and messaging to create a consistent and professional brand image.
2. Navigation & Information Architecture
Simplified site structure with clear categories for an intuitive user journey.
3. Hero Section & Value Proposition
Redesigned hero with a clear promise, supporting proof, and strong CTAs.
4. Trust & Social Proof
Replaced generic counters with case studies, client testimonials, and verified recognition.
5. Portfolio Presentation
Showcased work with context, visuals, and measurable outcomes to demonstrate impact.
6. User Experience & Accessibility
Improved UX with scannable copy, mobile-first design, and accessible layouts.
Results and Impact
The redesign improved clarity, trust, and user engagement, making it easier for visitors to understand services, explore the portfolio, and convert through strong CTAs. The simplified structure and polished visuals enhanced credibility, resulting in higher lead generation potential and a professional brand presence.
